At TLC, my mission is to provide relaxation and self care to touch starved humans. I hope to help people connect with their true selves and their bodies through gentle, loving touch.

At TLC, my mission is to provide relaxation and self care to touch starved humans. I hope to help people connect with their true selves and their bodies through gentle, loving touch.
The safety and comfort of my clients and myself are my top priorities. Light Touch is meant to be relaxing, therapeutic, and healing for both your inner child and current self. It is completely non-sexual, and a session can be stopped at any point by either my clients or myself, should anyone become uncomfortable for any reason.
While I run an inclusive practice, with the intent of loving and caring for all, I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who makes me feel unsafe or uncomfortable in any way.

Traveling services are available for Hospice patients and people with mobility limitations.

About Me
My name is Theresa, and Light Touch is something I've practiced for most of my life. Last year, I quit my job as a full time 911 dispatcher in order to provide relaxation to people by playing with their hair and gently stimulating their nervous system using touch.

My name is Theresa, and Light Touch is something I've practiced for most of my life. Last year, I quit my job as a full time 911 dispatcher in order to provide relaxation to people by playing with their hair and gently stimulating their nervous system using touch.
Almost immediately, I realized that what I was doing was far more than relaxing people. Over and over, clients told me, "This is magic." I started to listen. I started to feel the energy and listen to the messages that popped into my mind during sessions. I started trusting the Universe and myself, and I learned to be more my authentic self. I leaned more into my maternal role, and found a rhythm and method that I believe is unmatched by anyone else. I found the power of love and light touch.
I will never be able to fully describe what Light Touch is. It can only be experienced, not put into words. What I know is that my beloved clients share their hearts and souls with me, reconnect with their inner child and their physical body, and come away from their sessions feeling more complete and loved than when they arrive. People leave in less pain than they arrived with. Many have reported improvement in physical symptoms, such as neuropathy.
